Yes, Semester styles are suitable for most prescription lenses

Yes, all Semester lenses come with UV 400 protection. This indicates the highest level of protection offered by sunglasses. It means that the lenses block ultraviolet rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers, thereby blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays and preventing long-term damage such as cataracts and retinal damage.

Alongside your premium frames you will receive a stylish and handbag friendly logo embossed case, microfibre cleaning cloth for keeping your lenses clean as well as a protective branded box.

Founded by Hannah Saunders in 2026, born out of a 15 year long career in luxury branding, communications, content creation and an unhealthy obsession with Sunglasses! Hannah sought about designing a capsule collection of premium sunglasses which compliment every style and personality effortlessly.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

For orders delivered in multiple parts, the 14-day period begins when the final item is delivered. To cancel your order, simply contact us with a clear request to withdraw from the purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.

Your refund will include:

• the full price paid for the item(s); and

• the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Returning Your Items

Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.

Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We kindly ask that items are handled only as necessary to inspect them. A deduction or refused refund may apply if the goods show signs of unnecessary use or damage.

To begin the return of your order please visit www.semesterstyle.com. Enter the email address provided when placing your order to log into your account, from here there is a request a return option. An email will be sent to you with a return form and a to confirmation of your request.

Please place the item and the return form in a suitable mailer envelope or packaging.

To download your return label visit www.dpd.ie/returns and select “continue as a guest”. On the next screen, choose
Semester Ltd from the 'Retailer' dropdown list, state your order number in the 'reference' box and complete the return and payment section in order to download your returns label.

Print off your returns label and attach to your returns parcel. Drop off at a DPD pickup point which can be found on their website at www.dpd.ie/pickup. Please keep the returns receipt until refund is processed.  

Additional Information

Until the item has been delivered to us it remains the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once the return has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment, system abuse, or other suspicious activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected hacking, payment fraud, or interference with the operation.

Where We Ship 
We ship to Ireland and all European Union (EU) member states.

Processing Time 
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Ireland: 3–5 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates 
A flat rate shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your location. Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping automatically — no code needed.

Our Carrier
We ship all orders via DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
